Later with tremendous pressure from Social Groups and Food and Drug Administration they put on the warning label which said that its use can cause blindness despite repeating their same claim that blindness reported has nothing to do with use of Viagra.
They have always been hand and cough with their rivals Eli Lilly the developers of Cialis which is giving a very stiff fight and snatching most of Viagra’s market share. Since the start of their work on developing medicine for erectile dysfunction they had locked horns and had a running battle for the patent of the enzyme inhibitor they were working on. Later when their fights really intensified The United States Patent and Trade Mark office ordered a thorough reexamination of the Patent and the examination revealed that PDE5 inhibitors were not a new invention by Pfizer, voiding the patent. This meant complete shackles for them as what could be more embarrassing than this?
