International Response to Viagra
Viagra was not a drug it was lifestyle and what could hold it back from becoming global as what it promises to do is what people from Morocco to Fiji and China to Antarctica were suffering and it had the solution to that.
Though in the initial days there were a lot of legal hindrances in its way as it was something new and many countries were unsure about it though it was approved by Food and Drug Administration but authorities in EU and some other countries asked their doctors to prescribe it only in extremely unusual circumstances. Later this implicit ban was lifted and it use increased on the global scene as well.
Viagra soon became a notion for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction as anything that was used for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction; it was called Viagra. But there was a darker side to this as well and in many Asian countries, the counterfeit mafia went busy formulating ways to create drugs that were similar to Viagra and sold it under the brand name of Viagra.
It sales in the international market were tremendous and accounted for quite a large share in the annual sales of Viagra; though the counterfeits caused a lot of damage to that.
